It was the year 1989 A.D. In a faraway place (Brooklyn N.Y.) Max Martinez set out on a musical journey. From his humble beginnings as a mobile DJ (weddings, parties, and small club events) he felt the need to progress further into the industry. For the past 20 years he has been honing his skills behind the decks as a DJ. It all started with HIP-HOP in the late 80′s. This eventually led to freestyle and then house music. “I would usually play the house version of a freestyle track at a party, because I was drawn to the 4 on the floor groove that it had”. The past five years or so have been focused on production. Productions may vary from deep to tech to tribal house. It is now that the time has come to release some of his material to the masses. Hopefully with hard work and determination, his dream will come to fruition.
